Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Please contact us within 2 days of delivery with a clear photos of the issue, and we’ll take care of the rest. Please include a photo that shows the whole of the design on the item/items.

EU Return Compliance

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, we accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us first. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective.

Made-to-Order Products

All items are made to order and produced specifically for you. As such, we do not carry inventory and cannot offer free exchanges for reasons such as incorrect sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
