KAMIOJI Shipping Policy

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle the delivery of your orders. By placing an order with KAMIOJI, you agree to abide by our Shipping Policy. We recommend reviewing this policy before making a purchase. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact our Customer Support team.


1. Shipping Address
All orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Any orders returned (e.g., returned to sender) due to incorrect or incomplete address details, or failure to collect from a designated collection point after a missed delivery attempt, will require new shipping to be purchased before the order is reshipped. If customers choose to cancel and request a refund instead, any refund will have the relevant outbound shipping and return shipping costs deducted.


2. Shipping Timeframes
Shipping timeframes are outlined on our website and may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. We make every effort to fulfill and ship orders within the specified timeframes, but please note that delivery times may be subject to delays during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

The total time from placing the order to delivery includes a Processing period (time taken for us to pick, pack, and ship the order) and a Shipping period (time taken by our shipping partners after receiving the goods). We ensure the processing period is within our stated timeframe, but shipping periods are determined by the carrier’s network capacity, with quoted timeframes based on typical delivery speeds for the chosen service.


3. Shipping Methods
We offer various shipping options, including standard and expedited services. Availability depends on the shipping destination, as well as the size and weight of the order. You can select your preferred method at checkout.


4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. Costs are calculated based on order weight, shipping address, and order value.

We offer free shipping to select addresses when the order exceeds a minimum spend threshold (excluding digital products, pre-order items, Route Package Protection, taxes, or duties). The free shipping threshold is shown on the site and in our FAQs. Free shipping must be selected manually at checkout—it is not automatically applied.

KAMIOJI reserves the right to remove the free shipping offer at any time without prior notice. If shipping costs to your location are disproportionately high compared to your order value, we may cancel the order, request additional payment, or remove the free shipping offer.


5. Tracking Information
If you select a tracked shipping service, you will receive an email notification with your tracking details once your order is shipped. Please note it may take up to 2 business days after collection by the carrier for tracking updates to appear.


6. Shipping Restrictions and Exclusions
KAMIOJI reserves the right to impose shipping restrictions or exclusions based on:

  • Legal restrictions or regulations in certain countries or regions

  • Incomplete or inaccurate shipping address information

  • Payment issues, such as failed transactions or suspected fraud

  • Unforeseen events or natural disasters impacting shipping operations

We may contact customers for additional information or documentation to complete certain orders. If an item or order cannot be fulfilled due to a restriction or exclusion, and payment has already been made, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.


7. International Shipping
We ship internationally to many countries. Customs and import regulations vary, and customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local authorities.

KAMIOJI does not accept responsibility for additional fees or charges requested by customs, except where legally required (e.g., VAT/GST collected during checkout). Goods held by customs are at the customer’s expense. Orders abandoned or refused due to unpaid customs charges will be liable for all associated return shipping costs, including the original outbound shipping fee.


8. Shipping Partners
We work with reputable shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by our carriers, network issues, or severe weather events outside our control.
